5. Reporting an Infringement or Counterfeit Listing

Our team will review and, if appropriate, remove the listing or take further action within 15 business days of verification.
6. Actions on Violation
MyHPMart.com reserves the right to remove listings, suspend or terminate seller accounts, or take legal steps without prior notice if a violation is confirmed.
We may also withhold payments or security deposits when necessary.
7. Cooperation and Monitoring
My HP Mart works with brand owners, manufacturers, sellers, and law-enforcement agencies to audit listings and prevent counterfeit or infringing products on the platform.
